By accessing or using the OutyPlay mobile application or our website ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and OutyPlay that arises in whole or in part from the Services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Italy.

By using the OutyPlay mobile application or our website to organize or participate in sports games or activities, you acknowledge and agree that OutyPlay is not responsible for any damages, accidents, injuries, or other adverse events that may occur during or as a result of such activities. You understand that participation in any event organized through our Services is at your own risk, and you agree to release OutyPlay, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability related to such events.
